Descripción del empleo Propósito General de la Posición Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo en los procesos de Recursos Humanos, asegurando la correcta ejecución de actividades relacionadas con contratación, administración de tiempo y asistencia, novedades de nómina, seguridad social, gestión de HR Master Data y manejo documental, en cumplimiento con las políticas corporativas y la normativa legal vigente. Principales Funciones y Responsibilidades Gestionar el proceso de contratación de personal (documentación, afiliaciones, contratos). Administrar el sistema de time & attendance, garantizando la correcta marcación y control de ausencias. Registrar y validar novedades de nómina (incapacidades, licencias, ajustes). Coordinar afiliaciones y novedades en seguridad social (EPS, ARL, pensiones, cajas de compensación). Mantener actualizada la información en HR Master Data y sistemas internos. Gestionar la documentación laboral (archivos físicos y digitales) cumpliendo con estándares de confidencialidad. Brindar soporte a empleados en consultas relacionadas con procesos de HR. Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas laborales vigentes. Perfil Requerido (Competencias) Orientación al detalle: Precisión en el manejo de datos y documentos. Organización y Planeación: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente. Servicio al Cliente Interno: Actitud proactiva y empática en la atención de consultas. Confidencialidad: Manejo responsable de información sensible. Trabajo en equipo: Colaboración efectiva con áreas internas y externas. Preparación Académica Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidad o carreras afines. Experiencia Requerida Mínimo 1-2 años en roles administrativos de HR (contratación, nómina, seguridad social). Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión de tiempo y asistencia.
