**Job Title**: Remote Recruiter (U.S. Staffing Experience Required)

**Location**: Fully Remote

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post and manage job listings on major platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support onboarding processes when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of recruiting experience**, preferably supporting U.S.based positions.
- Strong **English verbal and written communication** skills.
- Proven experience using **job boards** (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and **ATS systems**.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive work ethic.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: Depending on Experience
- **Commissions**: Competitive commissions on every successful placement

**Schedule**:

- **Fully remote position** with flexible working hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
