This role blends strategic sourcing, client engagement, and talent management to deliver exceptional results while meeting key performance targets. **Key Responsibilities** - **End-to-End Recruitment**: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and closing top talent. - **KPI-Driven Success**: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure recruitment goals are achieved. - **Strategic Sourcing**: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent. - **Client Partnership**: Collaborate with client companies to understand their culture, role requirements, and expectations for executive and managerial hires. - **Market Insights**: Stay informed on U.S. market trends, executive roles, and talent acquisition best practices. - **Mentorship & Leadership**: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development. **What You Bring** - **Languages**: Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) - written and spoken. - **Communication**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with strong attention to detail. - **Negotiation & Influence**: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to close top talent. - **Results-Driven**: A goal-oriented mindset focused on exceeding targets. - **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms. - **Proactive & Strategic**: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, **Psychology**, or a related field. - Minimum of **3 years** of experience recruiting for **managerial and executive** roles. - Proven success in **commission-based** or **performance-driven** recruitment environments. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** **At ttg, "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time."** IND1
