**Senior Recruiter**

**Location**: Medellín, Colombia - 100% On-Site

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Contract Type**:Indefinite Term

**Compensation**: Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonus

**Your Role** - **Senior Recruiter**

As a Senior Recruiter, you will spearhead full-cycle recruitment for leadership, managerial, and executive roles in the U.S. market. This role blends strategic sourcing, client engagement, and talent management to deliver exceptional results while meeting key performance targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and closing top talent.
- **KPI-Driven Success**: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
- **Strategic Sourcing**: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent.
- **Client Partnership**: Collaborate with client companies to understand their culture, role requirements, and expectations for executive and managerial hires.
- **Market Insights**: Stay informed on U.S. market trends, executive roles, and talent acquisition best practices.
- **Mentorship & Leadership**: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

**What You Bring**
- **Languages**: Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) - written and spoken.
- **Communication**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- **Negotiation & Influence**: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to close top talent.
- **Results-Driven**: A goal-oriented mindset focused on exceeding targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
- **Proactive & Strategic**: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, **Psychology**, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years** of experience recruiting for **managerial and executive** roles.
- Proven success in **commission-based** or **performance-driven** recruitment environments.
