Position Overview:
As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, screening, and attracting top-tier candidates for various positions. Your expertise in recruiting combined with your knowledge of platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter will be essential in building an exceptional talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract high-caliber candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening to ensure the perfect fit for each role
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies including cold-calling, networking, and industry events
- Perform phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Maintain precise candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Virtual Recruiter specializing in sourcing and screening
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Proven experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Dedicated professional home workspace
- Immediate availability

$1,000-$1,200 USD (based on experience) - Work Schedule:
