As a **Back Office Support,** you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and administrative processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Quote Generation: Accurately generate export quotes based on customer requests, considering factors like product weight, dimensions, destination island, and applicable tariffs.
- Public Announcement Creation: Develop and disseminate clear and concise public announcements to inform customers about schedule changes, tariff updates, and other relevant information.
- Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice to customers on the optimal export methods, including documentation requirements, customs regulations, and shipping options.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Education**: High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**:At least** 6 months of experience** with administrative tasks, data entry, back office, customer service or any related field is preferred. Experience in logistics is also beneficial, and other experiences could also be considered.
- **Language**: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American Calendar. And one Saturday on-call per month (Only half day - remotely).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**:Only for **Medellín**. This position will be **on-site **at** WeWork Santa Fe.**:

- **Salary**: 2.500.000 COP, salary increase after 6 months to 2.700.000 COP and 6 months later to 3.000.000 COP.
