**Back Office Specialist**

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, helping ensure that billing is accurate, collections are on point, and processes run smoothly. Your insights and ideas will be valued, and your attention to detail will help us raise the bar.

**You’ll get to**:

- Take ownership of **billing and collection processes**—from tracking to reporting.
- Collaborate across teams to make sure everything adds up (literally and figuratively).
- Spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
- Dive into data using **SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel**.
- (Bonus) Use **Power BI** to support smarter reporting and better business decisions.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in **billing and collections**.
- Comfortable working with **SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel**.
- Detail-focused with strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to stay organized and thrive in a structured environment.
- English level **B2** or above (you’ll be part of an international team).
- Familiarity with **Power BI** is a big plus
