**Your Part in It**:
- Working out of our growing Bogota branch, we are looking for our next Customer Service Support position will assist with the movement of freight across North America is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customers’ needs.
- You will work directly with our Operations department and with a team. This entry level position is great for anyone who wants to get started within the vast and opportunistic Logistics’ field. With lots of room to grow, this position is ideal for recent graduates
**CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT**
**What the Job Entails**:
- Effective and professional communication with carriers and internal sales teams
- Shipment tracking - monitor pickup and delivery
- Proactively reporting potential late deliveries to internal sales teams
- Inputting shipment last locations and other information in operating system
- Following Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining minimum productivity thresholds
- Assist on minor Accounting Functions, obtaining documents, and data entry
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Minimal Customer service experience
- Minimum High School Diploma - Great opportunity for recent graduates
- Well-organized self-starters with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Possess professional phone mannerisms
- Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible with scheduling
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun
- This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday

**Su papel**:
Trabajando fuera de nuestra creciente sucursal de Bogota, estamos buscando nuestro próximo puesto de Soporte de Servicio al Cliente ayudará con el movimiento de carga a través de América Latina se coordina y ejecuta con éxito de acuerdo a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Trabajará directamente con nuestro departamento de Operaciones y con un equipo. Esta posición de nível de entrada es ideal para cualquier persona que quiera empezar dentro del vasto y oportunista campo de la Logística. Con mucho espacio para crecer, este puesto es ideal para recién graduados.
**SERVICIO DE SOPORTE AL CLIENTE**
**En qué consiste el trabajo**:
- Comunicación efectiva y profesional con transportistas y equipos internos de ventas
- Seguimiento de envíos - control de recogida y entrega
- Informar proactivamente de posibles retrasos en las entregas a los equipos de ventas internos
- Introducir las últimas ubicaciones de los envíos y otra información en el sistema operativo
- Seguir los procedimientos operativos estándar y mantener los umbrales mínimos de productividad
- Asistir en funciones menores de contabilidad, obtención de documentos e introducción de datos.
