**About The Role**

We're looking for an Operations Associate based out of Bogotá, Colombia, to join our Finance & Operations team

What You'll Do
- Manage our Colombia Office operation, budget, and local business events.
- Manage local AP & purchasing processes. Support contract and vendor management efforts.
- Support Colombia's monthly accounting close & tax filing processes.
- Support local payroll and people operations activities.
- Support key company process optimization projects, allowing Zoe to scale quickly, effectively, and cost-efficiently.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Accounting, Finance or/and Business Management.
- +2 years of experience in Admin, Accounting and Finance Roles
- Literate on Colombian payroll regulations and estimates.
- Knowledgeable in local accounting and tax preparation functions.
- Previous involvement in admin, office management, and purchasing duties.
- B1 English proficiency in writing and listening. Basic speaking skills.

**Nice-to-have**
- +1 year of experience working in an in-house start-up environment and global teams; tech start-up experience preferred.
- +3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance Roles
- Expert in Colombia payroll regulations and estimates.
- Skilled in IFRS and Colombian tax law.
- +2 years of experience in office management and purchasing roles
- B2-C1 English proficiency in writing, listening, and speaking skills.
