**About this opportunity**
An experienced professional in charge of developing and expanding Sales Organization in Caribbean and Latin America region for the complete Invisalign product range.
The Director of Sales CALA is responsible for creating and executing new ideas and concepts with the objective of bringing in notable new streams of Invisalign revenue, by forming the best performing sales organization and implementing successful business strategies across the country. The incumbent will also have the opportunity to expand the Invisalign business across CALA by locating and contacting potential partners whilst also discovering and exploring new opportunities.
The Director of Sales CALA is a proven sales leader whose energy, focus and determination are matched by well-developed selling skills.
**In this role, you will**
- Meet country sales objectives and cash flow targets
- Motivate and inspire sales representatives to achieve targets, develop effective sales plans, strategies and the remove obstacles/barriers for success as well as achieve your quarterly/yearly sales targets.
- Design, plan, build and work in partnership with Sales Distributor to maximize and achieve sales goals.
- Creates an environment of inclusion that allows the team to bring up points of frustration in an effective way that leads to a shared focused on a common goal or vision.
- Uses effective communication and effective written/verbal feedback techniques to motivate key stakeholders and increase productivity.
- Recruits and hires effectively to build a high performing team. Strategically evaluates talent on team and develops plans for retention. Creates an environment that encourages professional growth, fosters inclusivity, and value among team
- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the business
- Demonstrates ability to utilize data from reports and create an effective business plan of action base analysis

- Demonstrate ability to select key accounts within region and help deploy specific resources, initiatives and programs important to the region’s success
- Demonstrates initiative and operate with a sense of urgency to communicate regularly with Directors and colleagues to contribute to a cohesive team environment
- Demonstrates understanding of the full array of sales tools and coaches to effective utilization and uses leadership tools for internal influential leadership opportunities
- Possess dental, clinical, and industry knowledge required coach others on how to conduct persuasive sales calls and articulate Align Digital Platform.
- Understand Align programs/tools and how to position them to solve problems and present them as solutions to an unmet need.
- Demonstrate ability to use current and future industry trends related to Dental and Orthodontic Industries to influence business results
- Help guide strategic direction that aligns with company initiatives
- Manage sales through existing distribution channels, while managing customer relationships
- Develop, formulate, and scale-up new distribution channels
- Be able to project manage and handle multiple detail oriented projects at a time
- Manage and coach Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Customer support and Clinical Support managers
- Develop, foster, and build talent from within area, that supports long term growth objectives
- Supervise evaluation and coaching of the whole sales organization - through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback and the analysis of data.
Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and works to meet sales goals
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically in partnership with Commercial Operations, Finance and other Commercial Leaders.
