Now we’re looking for a **Distribuitor Manager** to bring Supports in overseeing the implementation of business objectives between sales, marketing, and general development among other areas. You’ll be a part of our Colombia Team.
**What you’ll do**:
- Provide the necessary support to the organization's business development team, especially in activities related to account management.
- Research the latest in the business sector and create new opportunities to expand the business.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
- Collaborate with the sales and design team to ensure compliance with requirements such as sales figures and profit targets.
- Support the business unit between manufacturers and wholesalers on a regional level.
- Maintain an updated database of distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers. Access to portals, registration of opportunities, and synchronization of timing and requirements to obtain partner levels.
- Continuous communication between the different business units of Complementary Business, promoting transformation in developing opportunities.
- Coach junior salespeople to improve sales targets and meet expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, as well as business position and competition to keep the business competitive.
- Perform various tasks, such as recording minutes of meetings.
- Develop operational contacts, which will provide the necessary support for the tasks performed by the organization's business development team.
- Contribute to the management of the organization's systems to ensure things are done accurately.
- Manage reporting and management information to ensure that the business is meeting the requirements placed on it by customers.
- Support the business development manager in sales support when required by the business development manager.
- Assist the director in consulting on small projects and managing them from start to finish.
- Cooperate positively in the growth of the organization by providing necessary assistance to relevant staff and partners of the organization
**Profile requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field
**Skills**
- Ability to adequately demonstrate work experience in similar positions
- Ability to adequately perform professional and financial services related to the needs of the organization
- Excellent knowledge of logistics management and computer and information technology skills
- Strong creative skills
- Ability to conduct research related to the organization and collate the information derived from such research to improve the business situation of the organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations
- Ability to focus on the ultimate goals of the organization
