**Who we are & what we do**

Genuine School is a K-12 online school founded as a startup, with over 500 students from countries like Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. Our mission is to make high-quality bilingual education accessible from anywhere, transforming the lives of thousands of students and shaping the future of Latin America.
- You hold a degree or are freshly graduated in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English (C1 spoken and written) - Portuguese is a plus.
- You have 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related area.
- You are comfortable using multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
- You have experience conducting prescreening interviews and maintaining updated talent pools.
- You are a multitasker, organized, and highly detail-oriented.
- You work well in team environments and communicate with clarity and empathy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain an organized talent pool aligned with the institution’s hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to identify key profile requirements.
- Assist in organizing recruitment-related documentation and communications.
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of recruitment processes.
