As a
Recruiter
you will do the E2E for the recruitment and hiring process as well as the onboarding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, B. Administration, or a related field
3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment
Advanced English level (you will be in frequent communication with international managers)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to review and understand job descriptions
Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms
Screen and review resumes to identify top candidates
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
Follow up on manager feedback and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and dynamic
