**Duties**:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally to meet current and future hiring needs in different countries.
- Coordinate and conduct initial and follow-up interviews
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, staffing partners to understand specific talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent in different countries.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter
- 1+ years of experience in international staffing
- Proven successful experience in closing vacancies in different countries
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Upper-Intermediate + level of English
- Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards, social networking, and employer branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
