**Posición**

Customer service representative

**Ubicación**

Barranquilla presencial
- 2.600.000M + bonos de descuento redimibles en lugares como Jumbo, Amazon, Falabella, Spotify, Dunkin Donuts, entre otros.

**Horario**
- Una semana de Lunes a Viernes de 9 am a 7 pm descansando sábados y domingos
- Otra semana de Lunes a Sábado, descansado miércoles y domingo: de lunes a viernes el horario es de 9 am a 7pm y el sábado es de 8 am a 6 pm
- Training: 2 semanas de duración, de Lunes a viernes de 9am a 7pm.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Proporcionar un excelente servicio de atención al cliente a una red de clientes para la mayor empresa familiar de control de plagas del mundo.
- Contestar las llamadas entrantes y realizar llamadas salientes. (para agendar el servicio de control de plagas y para procesar el pago del servicio)
- Ayudar a resolver los problemas de los clientes.
- Realizar la entrada de datos, generar e imprimir informes y generar oportunidades de venta utilizando diversos informes para iniciar el contacto con los clientes / clientes potenciales y proponer los servicios de control de plagas adecuados.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínimo de 6 meses en CSR (MUST BE)
- Excelente nível de inglés, muy fluido, con el menor acento y un tono muy amigable (MUST BE)
- Excelente actitud positiva, que puedan ser agradables, empáticos y educados con los clientes. (MUST BE)
- Se necesitan excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, así como inteligencia emocional para tratar con clientes estresados.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, escribir a más de 40 palabras por minuto y ser capaces de realizar varias tareas a la vez
