As we continue to expand, we are seeking a BPO/Staffing Recruiter to help us scale our global teams with top-tier talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full-cycle recruiting**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding — for BPO and staffing roles.
- **Role focus**: Hire for key positions such as Customer Support Specialists, Case Managers, Medical Records Requestors, Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and other roles as client needs evolve.
- **Sourcing excellence**: Use creative sourcing methods to attract active and passive talent across various platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Partner closely with Team Leads, Delivery Managers, and the People & Engagement team across the U.S. and Colombia to align hiring priorities and resourcing needs.
- **Adaptability**: Jump in where needed — we’re a growing, fast-moving organization where collaboration and flexibility are key.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a BPO, staffing, or shared services environment
- Experience hiring for the legal industry is preferred but not required
- Proven success managing high-volume pipelines and filling roles across multiple skill sets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and collaborating with international teams
- Highly organized with a proactive, “get-it-done” attitude
- B2 level of English or better is required
