**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support company objectives and drive growth.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure the best ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Organize and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and webinars

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- English B2 or above.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing and working within marketing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English with a level B2 or above (preferred)

**Location**:

- Medellín, Antioquia (preferred)
