As our Online Marketing Specialist you are responsible for creating effective online marketing strategies and build campaigns to generate leads for sales and recruitment. Create and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns; Analyse, monitor, report and optimize online campaigns to strengthen brand awareness; Analyse user behavior and traffic to improve website objectives; Social Media and Search Engine Optimization; Optimalize our Wordpress website, from a User Experience and SEO perspective, including the development of landing pages; Performance tracking of our website and how to optimize; Introduce account-based marketing and the corresponding use of a CRM system; Promote the tracking of project results, collect quotes, testimonials, feedback; Collaborate with the Sales team and the Recruitment team. Marketing Communications: Content creation and design new brochures, case studies, white papers, website UX, brand merchandising, short demo videos, motion graphics, corporate videos, photography; Develop internal communications; Copywriting & editorial. You have obtained a degree in Marketing & Communication with a specialization in online & digital marketing; You have experience as an online marketing specialist or similar position; You have experience and knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & SEA (Search Engine Advertising); You have experience and knowledge of account-based marketing and/or CRM; You have experience with Wordpress; You are always up to date of the latest trends and developments in online marketing; You have a passion for data and technology; Your English is perfect both spoken and written.
