The TTS Andean In-Business Risk and Controls Manager - Ecuador and Peru position is part of the TTS LATAM COO office, under the In-business Risk and Control group (IBRC). The IBRC group is responsible for supporting the day-day business execution needs related to the TTS Operational Risk and Control environment, as part of Citi’s first line of defense. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Act as the designated representative and responsible for all control roles, regarding each control policy. - Act as the Liaison with 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defense: Coordinate Business Reviews along with the Product Managers and Business Head, support all pre-planning and fieldwork activities for Internal Audit, review issues and findings, Support Action Plans definition, follow up, execution and closure. - Ensure that all policies and controls are in place and properly followed, ensuring a pristine control environment. - Work in close partnership with the business heads to ensure that all controls are properly implemented, that operating Losses are reduced to mínimal levels and that process improvements are executed when necessary. - Coordinate and ensure an efficient MCA process is in place with all key controls being tested and properly assessed on a timely Basis. The MCA should incorporate the end to end of each product, irrespective of in which area certain tasks are performed. - Ensure that all corporate control and monitoring programs related to TTS are in place, to guarantee that the business strategy is executed according to corporate standards and bearing in mind all applicable regulations. - Ensure that the business has the most efficient processes with adequate controls in place - Be up to date with all policies and new control requirements and ensure that these are implemented in the area in a timely and proper fashion. - Lead the regulatory change process for TTS. Lead the identification, assessment and implementation of new regulations applicable to TTS. - Provide oversight to third parties managed by TTS Product and ensure that the process is followed appropriately according to applicable policies - Track operational losses and implement corrective action to ensure that these are not repeated - Provide support, education, and training to staff to build risk and control awareness within TTS **Qualifications**: - 6-10 years exeperience in management, risk management and/or regulatory compliance in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls. Broad knowledge of other risk areas, with strong understanding of supplier or third-party risk impact in a financial services company is a plus. Demonstrates knowledge of in-scope business and product areas - Project management and governance experience with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones.
