**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The main purpose is to enable PepsiCo´s substantial growth and competitive advantage and unlock business strategy to drive value for our customers and consumers by the alignment with the Andean ExComm (GM, MULs and Functional Leaders) to achieve challenging but attainable transformation while reaching performance goals.

The Andean Business Transformation Senior Manager drives the definition of the Digital Transformation Portfolio in alignment with IT and other functional leaders (commercial, operations, marketing, etc) to drive growth in Andean, securing a solid balance between operational performance and transformation.

Is responsible for ensuring Transformational Programs and projects are set up for success, excecuted without disruption to the business and capable of adapting to a changing context. This includes enabling customer centricity through GTM transformation, integrating end-to-end value chain transformation and leading the journey towards the Digital Culture.

This role is also the Chief of Staff for the Andean ExComm which includes driving the strategic agenda for ExComm sessions and the Operating Model according to the business and organizational needs.

Geographic scope includes Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Venezuela and Bolivia.

**Lead the Andean Transformation agenda without disruption to the business and adapting to the changing context.**

Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Participate in the definition and validation of the Digital Transformation Portfolio to drive growth in Andean, including programs associated but not limited to Customer centricity, end to end Value Chain and & Digital organization.
- Drive the readiness assessment and continuous review of the Digital Transformation Portfolio to ensure program and project dependencies and risks are proactively managed, including integration of: timeline, key milestones, resources / multifunctional team, investment (CAPEX / OPEX), KPIs from - to, benefit (NR / NOPBT / Productivity), risks and interdependencies.
- Lead all Transformation communication to ensure information flow within the OU including but not limited to: Portfolio / project status, lessons learned / best practices, recommendations and actionable insights to drive execution excellence.
- Actively engages in the Andean ExComm securing a solid balance between operational performance and transformation.

Operating Model
- Lead process re-design efforts to drive simplification, from process architecture, through gap analysis to improvements recommendations.
- Update the Operating Model in Andean according to the current business and organization needs.

Culture & Talent
- Drive digital cultural transformation in the Andean organization, in partnership with HR and IT, to adapt to uncertain conditions and context by leading by example and reinforcing behaviours associated to digital mindset.
- Co-lead with IT the Andean Digital Squad to embed in the Andean Organization the digital mindset, culture and ways of working.
- Influence & guide business leaders and employees during the transformation journey to facilitate change adoption, capabilities build-up and value creation.
- Support BT Talent hire to retire process.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- 15+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, operating model redesign and implementation, business process redesign with focus on digital transformation and change management. (GTM Strategy experience is preferred)
- Professional / Bachelor in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels in the organization.
- Stratetic Thinking with strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex problems, simplify and recommend actionable, pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to articulate a high level / holistic strategy to a detailed action plan.
