**Responsibilities**:

- The Product Performance Management Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance
- Works on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
- Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the product performance team
- Evaluates variable and, at times, complex issues with major impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations
- Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources
- Implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions
- Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives
- Manages ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
- Partners closely with sales teams to identify client opportunities and with the client management organization to meet with prospective clients and to size new opportunities
- Build consensus and awareness of value proposition throughout the organization and key partners
- Prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all parameters globally
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for Citi clients

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
- Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions preferred
- Complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
- In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
- Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
- Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

**JOB BACKGROUND / BUSINESS CONTEXT**

A Product Management role focused on increasing TP&RF (Trade Payables & Receivables Finance) revenue and business drivers from a Product Development perspective. Focus will be on development utilizing existing TP&RF products and engineering new structures under product, control and risk policies stabilized at global, regional, and local level. Focus on monitoring the TP&RF portfolio, E2E Process and tracking market trends to anticipate issues and improvement needs.

The Andean TP&RF Product Manager will have shared responsibility with the TP&RF Head over the TP&RF business at Andean region level. This is a USD$550MM portfolio on assets, as well as USD$15MM portfolio on revenues.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to the definition of the TP&RF product offering in Andean Cluster.
- Assure product offering and processing under global, regional and local policies (i.e. RAAC, GDR, PAP Guidelines, ICG Risk manual, X-Border Policy, Structure Finance Policy, etc.), as well as, improvement and standardization of TP&RF processes across Andean Cluster.
- Coordinate offering of existing and new products, marketing strategies and action plans to increase TP&RF assets and revenue and meet financial goals.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the risk characteristics of the portfolio
- Stimulate the knowledge of the product in the countries, work on end-to-end marketing pieces, perform webinars, client events and implement a process to generate best practices.
- Communicate frequently with countries to ensure optimal pricing vs. risk and contribute to achieve TP&RF financial goals.
- Maintain and track all information related to TP&RF assets in Andean Cluster.
- Assist regional and local sales teams and business partners with clients.
- Interact frequently with country Trade teams to understand market trends, pipeline and close deals
