**The Job**:
Our Marketing Team is looking for a talented and creative design lead to help us elevate the Koombea brand and find well-thought design solutions on all fronts.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders with design requirements for social media channels, internal communications, employer branding, website, and sales materials, among others.
- Protect our brand by enforcing our brand guidelines at all times.
- Contribute with creative content ideas to help us connect with our target audiences.
- Work hand in hand with other content creators to develop content pieces and campaigns for different marketing channels.
- Analyze website user behavior, run A/B tests, and constantly provide UX improvements that optimize conversion rates.
- Implement brand consistency throughout all marketing channels.
- Maintain a fresh and relevant brand for our target audiences.
- Plan, assign tasks, and oversee the creation of campaign concepts, creative designs, and multimedia content.
- Develop sub-brands for new products or services.
- You will participate in weekly planning meetings and team discussions.
- Help train and motivate younger designers to become more skilled.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Experience using Figma or Sketch. | Must Have
- Collaborative and team player. Must Have
- UX knowledge and understanding of conversion rate and optimization. | Must Have
- Illustration, animation, and video editing skills. | Must Have
- Excellent English Skills. | Must Have
- 6+ years of experience. | Must Have
- Experience leading designers. | Nice To Have
- Photography. | Nice To Have
- Familiar with project managements tools. | Nice To Have
