**Key Responsibilities**:
Create visually appealing graphics and designs that align with our brand guidelines using tools such as Canva and other graphic design software.

Design and prepare professional presentations using Pitch and other presentation software to support sales teams and executive communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings and translate technical financial information into clear, concise marketing messages.

Manage and execute marketing campaigns from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant and engaging content.

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and accurate content.

Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Canva.

Experience creating professional presentations using Pitch and other relevant software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a straightforward manner.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Experience with social media management and content creation.

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with other design and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Basic understanding of web-based marketing principles and digital analytics.

Pay: $450,000,000 - $500,000,000 per month
