**Your Focus**
- Utilize visual communication and storytelling techniques to weave our brand identity into all creative assets.
- Display strong branding and visual design skills daily, ensuring craft excellence down to every pixel and letter.
- Serve as a constant source of innovative ideas and vision for the future of creative design within the company.
- Maintain a deep commitment to enhancing your design skills and staying abreast of emerging creative technologies and trends.
- Create compelling, attention-grabbing creative work for a variety of mediums
- Exhibit exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to effectively bring creative visions to life and clearly articulate design rationales.
- Lead projects with a focus on maintaining a high level of craft and design excellence from inception to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of creatives and marketing professionals, enhancing teamwork and project outcomes.
- Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the team by sharing insights, new tools, and best practices, and by collaborating closely with fellow creatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in leveraging creative technologies, with a demonstrated passion for creating innovative experiences; experience with generative AI is advantageous.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates world-class creative solutions to a variety of design challenges.
- Broad design expertise across multiple disciplines, including experiential, brand/visual, print, digital, and video.
- Proficiency in using major design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both creative teams and marketing partners.
- A proactive and autonomous approach to project management, coupled with a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
- A commitment to strong user advocacy, consistently integrating user needs into the design process.
- A collaborative nature, skilled at working alongside front-end developers and other design professionals to deliver exceptional experiences.
