The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners. This role contributes to activities such as influencer and social media content, trademark management, product reviews and syndication, consumer research, and budget reconciliation. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist builds strong cross-functional relationships and supports the delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to: Lead day-to-day activities on behalf of the U.S. marketing team. Support the execution of defined marketing plans aligned with team objectives. Manage product sampling and review syndication requests for new and existing products. Track and report on marketing programs, including trademark portfolio management and other brand initiatives. Manage monthly budget reconciliation, ensuring timely submission and accurate tracking of invoices and expenses. Support social media and influencer marketing programs. Assist with consumer research initiatives and prepare briefs for external partners. Perform additional responsibilities as needed Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Visual Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment. Strong ability to develop concept-driven work with clear rationale and compelling visual storytelling. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual systems. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
