- Manage and lead the business support team, including capacity planning, which provides general staff support across the company such as leading special projects, administrative tasks for various departments such as sales/ops/accounting/marketing, corporate reporting, data input, graphic design work, and culture initiatives.
- Help organize and manage the Executive Team’s calendar, appointments and obligations, prepare correspondence, schedule meetings and other similar functions.
- Respond and build relationships with clients, prospects, and other contacts to solve their administrative problems
- Act as a project manager for special projects.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Attend client discovery calls when administrative services are being considered
- Generate Statement of Works (SOWs)
- Constantly evaluating our administrative solutions by offering new ideas and enhancements.
- Fill in when business support team might be unavailable to perform their duties.
- Research and create presentations.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Solve problems and make the Executive Team’s and our clients’ lives easier.
- Other administrative tasks, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Come with at least 7+ years working in a similar role with Executives and that handled confidential information. Be a lifetime learner, be curious and creative.
- Appreciate and seek out the opportunity to gain further experience.
- Operate with a sense of urgency and be consistently consistent with your results.
- Have strong time and detail management skills and have a GSD approach to your day.
- Bring energy to your peers, the company, and clients
- Have a strong work ethic, exhibit grit, and be resilient enough to navigate the unknowns to make it through the other side.
- Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Spanish a plus.
