In the IBS business line, we design solutions of production and use of physical secure documents (passports, ID cards), digital ID documents, biometric identification, mobile devices, cryptography, online authentication schemes, online identity management, and border and travel. **The mission of a Business Analyst (BA) is to do the requirements gathering and elicitation of a project or offer, acting as the bridge between all the stakeholders, including Customer, Sales, Project Manager, Delivery and R&D teams**
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure clarity of the solutions sold to customers and alignment with technical understanding. To grant that the new developments will match both customers’ expectations and product strategy.
- Hand over the business process knowledge to the delivery teams, define necessary guidelines/rules/templates for the teams and push best practices.
- Help to ensure a high level of quality for all the documents distributed to our stakeholders You will efficiently support the organization’s transformation by delivering relevant support to management and team members.
- Understand the business value of requests and helping the team to prioritize Innovate by designing and documenting new features considering both industry evolution and technical evolution.
- Challenge and energize the team and help to become more mature in their way of working.
- Review information, trends and conducts interviews to ensure process results achieve, desired outcomes and services meet agreed.
- Formalize specifications and architecture used to propose the best solution / product to your clients.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Support, integrator, validator, or similar roles
- Backend knowledge in Java, Spring or.Net
- Experience with API design & development
- English language proficiency (B2)
- Data oriented and strong analytical skill.
