Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) business and the Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) division provides comprehensive relationship coverage and a full suite of products and services in an effort to be the best possible financial partner to our institutional clients. The Business Analyst is a position responsible for support the business activities across different countries in Latin America. These tasks include contribution to financial, strategic and control matters. It is key to ensure proper revenue outlooks, pipeline tracking and a control environment. May work on ad hoc projects as requested. **Responsibilities**: - Business Pipeline update & financial outlook preparation - Lead/Support the preparation of decks for different meetings and business reviews with senior management - Client revenue analysis and forecasting of the results and quality data to correct mapping errors - Monitor and ensure efficient timely processing of KYC records working together with Bankers and BSU/AML teams - Provide support in the elaboration of monthly reports for the cluster consolidating data and ensuring quality - Assist and support any regulatory or Audit requirements Work closely with the Business managers to articulate the business performance, priorities, and strategy across the clusters - Back up for Business Manager BAU tasks and follow ups **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree - 1-3 years of business analysis experience or similar jobs is preferable - Strong MS Office, Excel/ PPT Skills. Power BI, Tableau use will be a Plus. - Fluent in Spanish and English **Competencies**: - Analytical skills, extreme attention to detail - Strong planning and time management skills, awareness around priority of tasks and ability to work independently - Proactive - prepared to take the initiative, while exercising judgment as to when to seek assistance - Strong communication and presentation skills - Interpersonal skills / Networking - Problem solving ability and exemplary project management capabilities - Team Player - being able to work in partnership with other individuals on day-to-day and long-term projects - High level of energy, drive and results orientation - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Management - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
