As a Talent Recruiter you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment while helping global companies scale their teams.

**The scope of your role's responsibilities include**:

- Acting as talent acquisition recruiter to business leaders.
- Assisting in managing the talent pipeline and executing recruitment strategies to support the company's staffing needs.
- Collaborate in planning and executing talent engagement strategies, initiatives, programs and processes.

**Some basic requirements for the position are**:

- Advanced English (+90%)
- Academic background in Business Management, Psychology or Marketing.
- 0-1 year desired experience in HR.
- Interest in technology related topics
- Good use of social media

**And the main skills that will help you to be successful in this role are**:

- Ability to find great people and build relationships with them.
- Great communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
