At **Venture Global Solutions**, we specialize in providing top-tier talent solutions for U.S. companies. We are looking for a **Recruiter** to drive our hiring initiatives, ensuring we attract and secure the best professionals to support our clients. This is an **on-site position** in Barranquilla, Colombia, offering exciting opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, multinational environment.

**Location**: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site).

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter)

**What You’ll Do**:
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to U.S. market needs.

Utilize **applicant tracking systems (ATS)** and job boards to manage and optimize recruitment pipelines.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

Stay up to date with U.S. labor trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**1-2 years of experience** in full-cycle recruitment, preferably for U.S.based roles.

Experience with **job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).**

A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
