We are looking for a Recruiter to drive our hiring initiatives, ensuring we attract and secure the best professionals to support our clients. This is an on-site position in Barranquilla, Colombia, offering exciting opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, multinational environment. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter) What You’ll Do: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to U.S. market needs. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards to manage and optimize recruitment pipelines. Conduct structured interviews and assessments to identify top candidates. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs. Stay up to date with U.S. labor trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably for U.S.-based roles. English proficiency: B2-C1 (mandatory) – You will interact daily with U.S. hiring managers and candidates. Experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar). Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously. Competitive salary based on experience.
