The Position
FullStack is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter with 4+ years of proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top-tier IT talent across diverse technical domains. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven talent professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy by identifying, engaging, and securing world-class candidates who drive organizational growth and innovation.

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders, leveraging deep market insight, advanced sourcing methodologies, and consultative recruitment expertise to deliver high-impact results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across software development, IT infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging Boolean, AI-driven tools, and market analytics to attract passive and niche talent.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines, cultivating long-term relationships with high-caliber IT professionals
  • Mentor and support other team members, promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the recruiting team.
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate documentation and communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
  • Understanding of IT and technical terminology, software development life cycle, and IT project management.
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and adjust strategies as needed.
