Who are we looking for?
Professionals with a background in Recruitment (minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience), preferably with a Pharmacy degree, and an intermediate to advanced level of English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and screen qualified candidates for healthcare specialized roles in the U.S.
* Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Present qualified profiles to clients.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
* Support with salary negotiations and candidate engagement.
