Hola a todos Nos complace anunciar una nueva oportunidad laboral en LYNXUS SOLUTIONS S.A.S. para un perfil de Customer Service durante los meses de noviembre y diciembre.

**Requisitos**:

- Actitud positiva y proactiva
- Nível de inglés B2 o superior
- Conocimientos en logística y transporte
- Disponibilidad para trabajar durante noviembre y diciembre

**Responsabilidades**:

- Atender consultas y reclamos de clientes
- Coordinar y gestionar procesos logísticos
- Asegurar una comunicación efectiva y oportuna con los clientes
- Brindar soluciones a problemas y mantener actualizados los registros de las interacciones
- Se labora de lunes a viernes, la franja horaria que manejamos es de 6am a 11:30pm (si te asignan el último turno te brindamos transporte).
