**What We’re Looking For**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- Manage and resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Record and follow up on customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 & up), both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems.
