**Responsibilities**:
Working closely with partnership team to activate marketing relationships with our partners

Develop co-marketing strategies and support the execution of a variety of marketing programs intended to increase referrals from partners

Drive execution of partner marketing programs and initiatives that meet joint business objectives, utilizing a mix of tactics including joint webinars, events, co-development of thought leadership assets, public relations, social and digital marketing

Build and maintain marketing plans and calendars with our partners

Communicate and align with our Global Partner Team on marketing efforts and plans on an ongoing basis

Support social media for partner announcements or PR launches

Leverage sales and partner enablement materials intended to highlight our partnerships and joint capabilities; such as one pagers,images and partner newsletters

Develop practices, processes and procedures to scale and gain efficiencies in partner marketing

**Requirements**:
3+ years experience in B2B marketing and experience working with a partner ecosystem to develop co-marketing initiatives

Solid understanding of partner marketing, ideally within the high-tech space

Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels, both inside and outside the organization

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes with competing and/or shifting priorities

Strong partner relationship management skills

Proven experience defining co-marketing plans with partners, gaining partner and internal alignment, and executing to plan

Proven ability to work with a mix of internal and external teams to deliver results

Bias toward progress and execution; driven to build quickly, iterate, and refine. Desire ownership and looking for significant voice and autonomy to drive one of the fastest growing parts of our business.

Unwavering attention to detail and deadlines

Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo - Looker/Tableau is a bonus
