**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field provides the foundational knowledge necessary for value-based client conversations and strategic decision-making.
- Master's degree in Business or Economics preferred, demonstrating a deeper understanding of business dynamics and metrics.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, client success, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in an agency setting.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of digital marketing strategies in the context of clients' business objectives.
- Experience creating business and marketing metrics focusing on driving business growth and ROI.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms and tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong client relationships and effectively convey complex concepts.
