Reconocida startup del sector retail/alimentos está en busca de su Head de Operaciones / COO en Bogotá, quien se encargará de supervisar las operaciones de los distintos puntos de atención. Buscamos a alguien con la habilidad de visualizar el negocio de manera estratégica y una sólida capacidad para gestionar aspectos financieros y operativos.

Reportando directamente a la Junta Directiva, las principales responsabilidades del puesto incluirán:
**¿Qué harás en esta posición?**
- Coordinar las operaciones en los diversos puntos de servicio, asegurándote de que cada ubicación funcione de manera eficiente y cumpla con los estándares de la empresa.
- Desarrollar y mantener estándares operativos consistentes en todas las ubicaciones para garantizar coherencia en la calidad del producto, la experiência del cliente y la eficiencia operativa.
- Utilizar datos y análisis para evaluar el rendimiento de cada ubicación, identificar áreas de mejora y tomar decisiones basadas en información para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos, como marketing, ventas y finanzas, para asegurar la alineación estratégica y una ejecución coherente en todos los puntos de servicio.

Para cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es fundamental contar con las siguientes características:
**¿Qué deberías tener previamente?**
- ** **Amplia experiência en puestos directivos en industrias operativas, demostrando la capacidad para supervisar todos los aspectos de la organización que impactan en las operaciones.
- Experiência indispensable en el sector retail (con múltiples puntos de venta y ubicaciones), y preferiblemente en la industria alimentaria.
- Trayectoria en la gestión de equipos que lideran diversas unidades o puntos de venta.
- Habilidad para construir equipos sólidos, incluyendo la participación en la implementación de programas de capacitación en múltiples unidades.
- Experiência en supervisión de operaciones a nível nacional e internacional.
- Más de 8 años de experiência profesional en total.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência específica en la gestión de gerentes/líderes de múltiples unidades.
- Competencia en la administración de presupuestos y amplio conocimiento y ejecución de P&L.
