**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**:Head of Sales Spotify COL

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Reports to: Managir Partner Spotify

**OBJECTIVES**
- Add value to our growth prospects by identifying new business opportunities in the country.
- To be an active part of the evolution of the local market in digital advertising vision and to accompany the fulfillment of the operation's objectives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills. Creative strategist with excellent organizational skills.
***RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to consolidate the operation's objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
- Manage plans on expansion and business development opportunities for our international partners and representations.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure that their needs are met.
- Acquire and manage new customers.
- Coordinate and collaborate with international teams (Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations and others).
- Monitor performance and compliance of business activities, through the usability of key metrics and prepare reports for senior managemen

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduated in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing and/or related fields. Advanced knowledge of English.
- Experience in B2B commercial management of at least 5 years as commercial director or related function. Previous experience in advertising agencies and media will be a plus.
- Experience in interpretation of digital advertising platforms (Facebook for Business, Google Ads, DSPs, Programmatic, Digital Audio). (Not exclusive).
- Understanding of methods and analysis in managing key client relationships.
- Analytical thinking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. A profile with entrepreneurial vision and high leadership skills, capable of providing strategic advice to the assigned portfolio of clients will be valued.
- Excellent presence, attitude, responsibility and commitment.
