Automotive Sector Head of Operations

As Head of Operations you'll lead our operational areas to increase the effectiveness of our operational areas while ensuring customer satisfaction and aligment within operations and our strategic and financial goals. In this role you would be leading Documentary management, Car Inspection, Car Enlistment and Logistics departments. While reporting to Country Manager you would be presenting Operations key indicators to regional teams.

**You Will**:

- Lead, monitor, and coach our Documentary management, Car Inspection, Car Enlistment, and Logistics leaders and teams
- Control Operations area activities and processes to provide great customer service and kept the finance goals of the business
- Design and implement strategies to raise the performance and effectiveness of processes in our car enlistment and inspection areas
- To monitor and maintain guidelines for continuous improvement of the Documentary Management area
- Control and ensure actives inventory in our warehouses
- Keep updated company C Level and important partners about Operations Area Performance in executive meetings

**You Have**:

- Bachelor in Mechanic Engineering or related fields with knowledge in car mechanics.
- More than 7 years experience as Postsale Manager in the Automotive industry
- Leadership experience for operational teams in the Automotive sector (logistics, cart enlistment and inspection)
- Knowledge of documentary requirements for car purchase and selling.
- Knowledge of data administration technologies and platforms such as Power BI or related software
- Advanced and conversational english is mandatory as would be reporting to global teams
- Experience in E-commerce or digitalization of business in the automotive industry would be valued as a plus.
- Postgraduate studies in Business Administration or Management related fields would be considered a plus.
