Head of People Experience Operations Service

The **Head of PxOps Service Delivery and Transformation** will provide leadership in creating the service framework and management system for People Experience Operations across its core services (Workforce Data Management, Recruitment and Onboarding, Business Solutions Group & Global Experience Owner), and coordinate all efforts to run the operational cadence and portfolio of initiatives. The focus areas are based on the business needs with significant coverage on operational scorecards, financial health, and strategic support for the global PxOps LT.

This role will also lead the PxOptimize program in close collaboration with core team members (PMO, Process Integration Lead, Communications, HR, and Finance) along with partners supporting the program. They will be responsible to co-create, lead, and execute the implementation plan roadmap while driving key stakeholder engagement and communications including updates up to the GSHR LT and GS LT.

**PxOps SERVICE DELIVERY**
- Create and maintain portfolio of GSHR PxOps priorities
- Lead, coordinate and prepare plans for specific focus areas, including the financial plan and resource demand
- Connect to other internal stakeholders and their overall initiatives plans (e.g. acquisition integration teams) and represent GS HR PxOps in the relevant meetings
- Prepare methodology for the above work, in cooperation with supporting functions
- Take ownership for initiatives coordination and in time completion of GS HR PxOps deliverables and own reporting on the progress
- Oversee the governance and engagement activities in GSHR PxOps globally
- Cooperate and create close connection with partners across GS and HR
- Support the GSHR PxOps Service Delivery Leader with documentation, presentations, meeting management, and delegation as needed Lead and coordinate initiatives and focus areas.
- Coordinate other efforts with service excellence and experience, eg continuous improvement projects and delivery excellence projects
- Strong stakeholder management across all tiers; understanding real business needs and adjusting the approach/methodology to them

**PxOps TRANSFORMATION**
- Lead the PxO of the future Program in close collaboration with Core team members (PMO, Process Integration Lead, Communication, HR, Finance)
- Work with external partners (consultants, vendors, providers, etc.) supporting the program implementation and roll out plan
- Implementation of roadmap while leading adjustments as needed to assure most efficient implementation
- Drive stakeholder management on different levels in the organization
- Provide regular updates for GSHR LT, GS LT and other key stakeholders
- Work closely with Program Sponsors to assure completion of project phases
- Assure CREDO guided delivery of each step specific to changes, impacts, movements, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years or more service delivery or project management and transformation experience
- Clear understanding of fundamental HR pillars (Payroll, ER/LR, Total Rewards, talent Acquisition, etc.)
- Financial acumen in relation to global or shared services financial operating model
- Strong stakeholder, resource, and people management skills
- Strong understanding of Global Services processes and metrics
- Clear understanding of enabling function capabilities and roles (IT, HR, Change Management, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
- Experience managing third-party service providers and working with structured service delivery methodologies (governance, issue management, relationship management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skills
