The Creative Marketing & Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing workflow from concept to execution, ensuring that all marketing materials meet our brand standards and communicate our message effectively. This role combines the responsibilities of a Brand Communications Manager and a Marketing Project Manager, making it ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Management**: Ensure all marketing initiatives align with Buzops Inc.’s brand identity and communication strategy across digital and traditional platforms.
- **Content Supervision**: Oversee the creation and revision of content, including social media posts, promotional videos, and graphic designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with our brand ethos.
- **Project Oversight**:Manage marketing projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and C-suite executives, ensuring all content receives proper approval and aligns with broader company objectives.
- **Feedback Implementation**:Collect and implement feedback from various stakeholders to refine marketing materials and strategies.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and produce detailed reports on their outcomes to inform future marketing strategies.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Extensive Experience in Marketing Management**: Demonstrable track record of success in marketing management or brand communications, preferably within the technology or fitness sectors. Ability to craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- **Advanced Proficiency in English**:Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, at a proficiency level of C1 or C2. Capable of articulating complex marketing concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- **Exceptional Project Management Capabilities**:Proven expertise in managing a broad range of marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to strict timelines. Skilled in prioritizing tasks and resources in high-pressure environments.
- **Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships at all levels of an organization. Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
