Senior Hubspot Marketing Associate

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Set up and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
Design and build complex workflows within HubSpot to automate marketing processes.
Maintain data hygiene, develop target account lists and own lead segmentation.
Owns the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including upload, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing and nurturing.
Create and deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, effectiveness and website analytics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in HubSpot
Provide training and support to team members as needed
**Requirements**:
- Deep, proven experience with HubSpot.
4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation, preferably for B2B SaaS or technology company
2+ years running multi-touch ABM plays
Ability to tailor brand voice and messaging to various audiences
Experience with setting up and maintaining integrations in HubSpot
Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Uses holistic, “systems thinking” to make sense of the complexity by investigating factors and interactions that could contribute to a possible outcome
