We specialize in high-quality glass installation, repair, and replacement services for both homes and businesses. With offices in Boulder, Longmont, and an Arvada warehouse, our team proudly serves the Colorado Front Range. We're known for our craftsmanship, customer care, and strong work ethic.

**Our Services Include**:

- Frameless glass shower enclosures
- Window glass replacement
- Custom mirrors
- Residential repairs and upgrades
- Storefront and commercial glazing

**What You'll Do**

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll provide crucial remote support to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and scheduling measurement appointments
- Preparing and editing job estimates (training provided)
- Managing scheduling for crews and client appointments
- Making follow-up calls to clients and vendors
- Entering job information into project management systems
- Updating client and project info in our CRM
- Maintaining organized digital records and supporting other admin tasks

**Qualifications**

Required:

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup
- Available during U.S. Mountain Time (7:30 AM 5:00 PM MST)

Preferred:

- Prior experience in customer service, administrative roles, or remote work
- Self-motivated, honest, and detail-focused
