Customer Service and Backoffice Bilingual Representative UVteam Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia If you are detailed oriented, committed, and organized with an excellent ability to learn and good initiative, we are looking for you Work as a full-time Monday through Friday. You will get a direct contract with a good salary plus other extralegal benefits. Responsibilities Providing customer, supplier, and team support and communication in English. Administrative management: emails, documents, task tracking, and scheduling. Operational support according to team priorities. Basic accounting support, when applicable. Use and updating of digital tools, software, and internal systems. Proactive, organized, and confidential approach. Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and organize projects. Ability to take on additional tasks as needed by the team. Qualifications and Skills Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 6 months of experience as a virtual assistant, back office, or customer service representative. Advanced English (minimum C1). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to quickly learn new tools and software. Ideal profile: Highly proactive and flexible. Able to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
