**Job Title**: IT Assistant (Bilingual) English B2
**Location**: Sabaneta, Antioquia - Mall Mayorca piso 10 torre empresarial etapa 2
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Indefinite Contract
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, Onsite 8am to 6pm

**Job Overview**:
The IT Tech Assistant will assist with technical issues, including hardware, software, and network support, for English and Spanish-speaking users. This role is key to maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Solve technical problems for hardware, software, and networks.
- Install and maintain computers, software, and devices.
- Support end-users in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor systems and ensure they work efficiently.
- Assist with updates and train users when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac systems and basic networking.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
