**About the Role**
We are hiring a **Legal - Assistant Case Manager** to coordinate legal and healthcare-related cases for U.S. clients. You will be responsible for following up on claim statuses, collecting documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met—all while keeping open communication with attorneys, clients, and third parties.

**What You'll Do**
- Maintain regular communication with clients to collect documentation and provide case updates
- Manage and organize digital case files, legal documents, and internal notes

Support attorneys and case managers with scheduling, case tracking, and document preparation
- Monitor case progress and deadlines, flagging pending or urgent items
- Assist with legal research or summaries when needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- English proficiency (**B2**+ minimum).

**1 year of experience** in legal or administrative fields.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Law, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Fast typing and attention to detail.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently.
