¿Qué harás en este rol?

Buscamos un Case Manager organizado y orientado al detalle para apoyar a una firma legal en Estados Unidos. Serás responsable de gestionar procesos administrativos y de comunicación clave para casos legales, asegurando un flujo eficiente de información entre clientes, proveedores médicos y compañías de seguros.

Tus principales funciones incluyen:

  • Solicitar historias clínicas y facturas detalladas a hospitales y proveedores médicos.
  • Contactar compañías de seguros para obtener información sobre pólizas, límites de cobertura, nombre y datos del ajustador, así como direcciones de envío.
  • Preparar cartas de representación y documentación legal.
  • Interactuar con clientes para conocer el avance en su proceso de tratamiento.
  • Mantener registros precisos y actualizados en sistemas internos.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Inglés conversacional fluido (mínimo B2)
  • Manejo competente de Microsoft Office
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con mínima supervisión
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Actitud positiva, enfoque en soluciones y atención al detalle
  • Educación mínima: bachillerato (técnica o universitaria es un plus)
  • No se requiere experiencia previa – te capacitamos
