- Non-lawyers: $2.5M | Lawyers: $3M + yearly bonus
- English B2+ required
- Play a key role in the final stage of personal injury cases by negotiating medical balances with law firms and providers. Ensure fair agreements through accurate calculations and clear communication._
**Key Tasks**:
Profile: Law/Business degree preferred, negotiation skills
- Share and negotiate outstanding medical balances with providers & firms
- Request offers and present counteroffers for fair settlements
- Draft and compile case-related information for attorneys
- Protect confidential data and maintain professional communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with law firms, attorneys, and medical providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in negotiation, collections, case management, or legal assistance is a plus (10 months + experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to perform accurate calculations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required B2+).
