**Job Purpose**

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced agile environment. Various aspects of testing theory, test automation, and the Quorum suite of products will be introduced by direct supervision.

**What You Will Do**:

- Research, understand, and perform a variety of complicated software testing activities including cloud concepts and participation in architectural designs and reviews
- Performs test case quality reviews of peers and junior testers
- Possesses deep knowledge of one or more Quorum products
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Provides guidance and support where necessary to offshore testing personnel
- Able to collaborate effectively with senior developers and architects on new initiatives or on resolving critical issues
- Effectively communicates with internal and external people
- And other duties as assigned.

**What to Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Human Factors, Computer Science or MIS.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in software testing.
- An understanding of agile concepts, Black box and Exploratory testing.
- Strong innovative, analytical and communication abilities
- Solid understanding of testing throughout the software life cycle
- Enjoys learning and sharing new techniques and technologies
- Enjoys working with team members at all levels of experience
- Experienced with black box testing and collaborating closely with developers and business analysts.
- Is competent working under general direction on complex projects, issues, and problems.
- Is experienced with Oracle or SQL Server including writing basic queriesExperience with:

- TFS, Azure DevOps, Test Rail
- Agile management practices (Scrum or Kanban)

- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
