We are hiring the best talent for Business Intelligence Analyst to be located in Bogota D.C
**Purpose of position**:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will handle the data regarding the orders; analyze the data and provide team insights to Customer Service Analysts. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate an understanding of J&J customer service processes, products and their interrelationship, as well the Regional Customer Service Organization.
**Key responsibilities**:
Handle data regarding orders, including:
- Generate reports
- Analyze data
- Provide insights to Customer Service Analysts in order to avoid issues.
- Manage Customer Service KPI´s, as OTIF, Fill Rate, Back orders, Returns, Rush Orders and Complaints.
- Training and knowledge transfer to CS Analysts of the main CS routines.
**Qualifications**

- **EDUCATION**: High School required / Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Logistics/ Computer Science/ Industrial Engineering/ Statistics, etc.
**REQUIRED**:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Logistics or Customer Service, making reports and automations
- Fluent Portuguese and Spanish
- Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel,
- Analysis capacity, autonomy and proactivity.
**PREFERRED**:
- Desirable SAP / Salesforce knowledge.
- Fluente in English
- Visual Basic
- Power BI
